PRODUCTS
The essential characteristics, price, available variations, and description of each product are shown on its product page.
Customers must review product descriptions and sizing information before ordering. Product availability may change without notice.
PRICES
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
The total price shown at checkout includes the product price and any shipping charges collected by Iron Mesa.
Sales taxes, customs duties, import taxes, carrier fees, or processing charges may apply depending on the order, delivery location, and fulfillment method.
Any amount collected by Iron Mesa at checkout will be displayed before payment.
ORDER PROCESS
To place an order, the customer selects products, reviews the cart, provides delivery and payment information, and confirms payment.
The customer is responsible for checking the order details and correcting errors before submitting the order.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.
The order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfillment, subject to payment authorization and product availability.
PAYMENT
Payment is due when the order is placed.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or another payment provider shown during checkout.
Iron Mesa does not directly store complete payment-card information.
ORDER REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION
We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

Unusually large or suspicious quantities.
If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days. Estimated delivery after processing is generally 7 to 20 business days.
If an order cannot be shipped within the promised time, the customer will be informed and given the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, damaged-product claims, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Iron Mesa offers eligible customers a 30-day return period beginning on the date the product is delivered.
LEGAL CONFORMITY
We are responsible for supplying products that conform to their description and the confirmed order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory warranty, remedy, or consumer protection applicable to the transaction.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORTATION
Some orders may be fulfilled from outside the United States.
Customs duties, import taxes, carrier charges, or processing fees may apply.
Where these charges are not collected at checkout or prepaid by the fulfillment provider, they may be charged to the recipient.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Mesa is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses unrelated to a breach of our obligations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer remedies.

Personal information collected in connection with a purchase is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
This choice does not deprive customers of mandatory consumer protections available under otherwise applicable law.
Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The version applicable to an order is the version available when the order is submitted.
We may update these Terms for future orders.
